Shipping Policy

Click & Collect store is available in Papakura, Auckland.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. Occasionally public holidays, weekends, weather events or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times.

We offer Free shipping for orders over $99 (exclude oversized items due to their heavy weight and bulky size, for Oversized items freight rates are displayed on the checkout page). Please note that the order subtotal must be $99 or more after any discounts or Reward Points have been applied.

For orders under NZD$99. the following shipping rates apply:

- Auckland: $6.00

- North Island: $7.00

- South Island: $8.00

Delivery Timeframes are as follows:

North Island deliveries (non-rural): 1-2 business days after dispatch
South Island deliveries (non-rural): 2-3 business days after dispatch
New Zealand (rural): 3-5 business days after dispatch

Please note that we currently only deliver to addresses within New Zealand (Sorry this excludes Chatham Islands, Stewart Island and Waiheke Island - please contact us for freight options.

Signature Required

All deliveries within New Zealand will typically require a signature on delivery. However we note with COVID-19 restrictions in place, this may not be possible. Where possible on receipt of your Goods, please inspect the carton for damage before you sign for them. Please DO NOT ACCEPT any delivery that has any sign of damage. Kia Ora Baby is not liable for any goods that are damaged during transit.

Public Holidays

Please be aware that many of our suppliers and manufacturers are closed during public holiday / holiday periods which may impact stock availability and delivery times. Kia Ora Baby will endeavour to process orders as best we can and keep customers informed as to approximate delivery times.
